We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns. We also recommend you immediately inspect any product(s) that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the product(s), including the quantity of goods.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
- We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to issue a product exchange for new and unopened normal priced product(s) that is returned within 3 days of delivery date.

- All new and unopened normal priced products may be exchanged after contacted our customer service and approved.
- All products may be exchanged once subject to availability.
- Products sold are non-refundable, but we will happily exchange the product with another product of same value or greater value.
- All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Products are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
- In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to customer service on the day of delivery and we will be happy to assist.
- Au'tree Candle will not accept products returns for the following:
- The returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order
- The products are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy
- The products are not returned within the stipulated time period
- Sales item are not applicable for exchange or refund
- The products has been opened and used
- The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it
- The item has no defects. You've changed your mind because of wrong selection, scents, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.
- Au'tree Candle reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
