Q : What forms of payment do you accept?

A : We accept payment via iPay88. This includes debit card & credit card (Visa/Master/Union Pay), online banking (FPX) and e-wallet (Boost/MAE/Grab Pay/Touch & Go/Shopee Pay etc).

 

Q : How long will the delivery take?

A :
Peninsular Malaysia deliveries usually take 1-3 business days. 

East Malaysia deliveries usually take between 2-7 business days. 

International deliveries depends on location. Expect between 5-7 business days. 

 

Q : When do you pack and ship the order? 
  
A :
All orders take 1-3 business days to process before it is shipped out during business hours from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday). Do expect some delay due to high volume in campaign day or festival seasaon.

 

Q : Will my products be safe when shipped?

We carefully pack and bubble wrap all items in shipping boxes. From our experience, it will be okay. If you receive anything that is less than satisfactory, do contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods and we will be more than happy to assist you. 

 

Q : Will you include printed invoice in my order? 
  
A :
 Yes, we will include it in the order. Do leave us a remark if you do not need the invoice.

 

Q : Where do i find my tracking details? 
  
A :
 Tracking details will be sent to your registered e-mail once your order is packed or you may view it in your account that register with us. 

 

Q : Can i collect my online order at showroom? 
  
A :
 Yes, self pick-up is now available. You may place your order on the website and choose for pickup method. A separate confirmation email will be sent to notify you once your order is ready for pick-up. Location for self-pick up is at Emporis Kota Damansara. Proof of identification and order confirmation needed upon collection.

 

Q : What if i made my purchase and forgot to key in a discount code

Discount and offers vary from time to time. At times it is automatically applied to your cart and at other times it is via a discount code that is to be keyed in upon checkout. Please take note that we do not give reimbursements if purchase has been made and the discount code was not keyed in.

 

Q : Can I change my shipping details?

Once the order fulfilment email has been sent to you, we will not be able to change any shipping details. Please double check always to make sure you have keyed in the correct shipping address and reachable mobile number. If you made a mistake in the shipping details, please let us know immediately! We will not be able to do anything if order has been shipped and we are not held responsible if the item doesn’t reach you due to the wrong shipping details.

 

Q : Are your products halal?

Our products do not carry a halal certification. However, we can confirm that they do not include any pork related ingredients as certified by the company. 

 

Q : Do you provide customisation for corporate gift or doorgift?
